I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator, with experience working with a broad range of populations for the past 15 years. My past employers include Family & Children Services, childcare centres, University of Waterloo and a health and wellness centre.

Upon completion of three years of Psychotherapy Play Therapy education in 2012,  I interned for two years with a Clinical Play Therapist and I am completing my certification. I have also completed a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care at Wilfrid Laurier University.

As a parent of three sons, along with supporting families in my former and current roles, I bring to the practice a wealth of experience. After the loss of my first husband to cancer, I supported my family through an intense grief journey and started the process of specializing in grief support in 2011. I have worked with regional agencies facilitating support groups for widows and children.

We at Winds of Change Therapeutic Services,  look forward to walking with your family as you navigate life's challenges.

I can't change the direction of the wind but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.
